LIST OF TOXIC INDUSTRIAL WASTES

12)Worker shall conduct pre-start boom lift check and ensure the boom lift mechanical function is working properly before using them
13)Boom lift operator shall identified the boom lift route and ensure it is cleared of obstruction
14)Only operator who had attended the
Elevated Work Platform Training for Boom lift can operate the boom lift
15)No one shall be near or under the suspended basket when boom lift operation is in progress
16) Installation of the sprinkler system and
its associated water supply,control and testing requirements shall comply with the SS CP 52 Code of Practice for Automatic Fire Sprinkler System
17) Emergency power supply for lighting, ventilation and alarm
systems for all passenger lifts shall comply with the requirements in SS CP 2 Code of Practice for Installation,

18)All boom lift shall be parked in a safe location with its basket suspended in mid air after work completion

5)Provision of soil movement monitoring equipment and deployment of one trained worker to closely monitored the affected site soil movements
6)All trenches are built with an adequately designed protective system to deter cave-ins
7)Risk assessment undertaken together with all involved workers to identify the hazards and risks associated with soil investigation, stabilisation, earthwork services and construction of building
8)Workers communicated on the hazards and risks as well as the control measures to mitigate the severity and occurrence of the hazards
9)Safety Toolbox meeting conducted to remind workers on hazards and risks associated with their work activities
