Workplace Safety & Health Acceptable Behaviour

What is Workplace Safety & Health Acceptable Behaviour

Acceptable Workplace Safety & Health behaviours refer to the stakeholders behaviour at work & their commitment and attitude towards safety.

Workers’ positive behaviour towards safety is considered one of the key factors in preventing accidents at workplaces. A successful introduction of behavioural safety process, focusing on identifying and reducing unsafe behaviour and reinforcing safe behaviour is one means of improving safety at workplaces.

Organization should identify the acceptable WSH behaviours that stakeholders must possess for a vibrant WSH culture to be integrated as an organization safety culture

To identify acceptable WSH behaviours in accordance with legal requirements and organisational
procedures, you will need to spend some time reviewing the WSH Regulations, it's Primary legislation and Subsidiary Legislation and table out the list
